Limtech Security Solutions was founded by Limitless Investments in 1999. Hosken Consolidated Investments (HCI) invested into Limtech in September 2000. Limtech was awarded its Proudly South African Status in 2003.

In April 2014, Deneb Investments acquired Limtech with the view of integrating the business with Seartec, distributors of the Sharp Brand of electronics, and thus diversifying their product portfolio, encompassing a complete technology offering for its customers.

This acquisition has given Limtech a national footprint and the operational support from a large company.

Limtech’s Head Office is based in Johannesburg with Regional offices in Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Limtech however, has representation countrywide through a dealer and installer base.
